Step 1 is CONNECTING with your heart.

that support you in successfully taking a stand in your life. Simple rituals and routines that will empower you to honor yourself and your intention. You will experiment with easy practices to reinforce your ability to align all you think, say, and do, and experience ways of being that energize you.
Step 5 is COMMITTING to your vision by taking daily actions
that prioritize you and your intention. Getting out there in the world and doing what you have been guided to do. You will be taking steps that move you in the direction you want to go – actively honoring your intentions in service to being in the flow. Taking time everyday to enjoy yourself – and your experiences, along the way!
The sixth step is COMMENCING each day with uplifting words, positive thoughts and empowering beliefs
that authentically reflect who you truly are and all that you are creating in the world. You will experience the power of intentionally speaking and thinking in ways that transform your mind and shift your energy – and you will create new beliefs that reinforce your ability to create and sustain the positive changes you desire.
Step 7 is CELEBRATING yourself, all the choices you are making, and changes you are experiencing.
Acknowledging each and every step of the way. Practicing gratitude for all that is manifesting in your life. Knowing how powerful, creative, and unlimited you truly are.
