I love teaching this course! It is based on the best selling book of the same name by Mike Dooley.
I have taught this course in living rooms, community colleges, and yoga studios. It was also an elective course in the 300 hour Advanced Yoga Studies curriculum at Be the Change Yoga in 2016 and 2017.
Ideally, I like to teach Infinite Possibilities over the course of four weeks, with one 90-minute to 2-hour class per week. This gives participants 7 days to practice what they learn. Here is a brief description of the most recent course I taught for Be the Change Yoga. It can be customized to meet the needs of your group:

Infinite Possibilities is a modern day program based on ancient yogic philosophy. Yoga is a path of self-transformation, and that transformation begins in the mind. It begins with a focus, and relies on our ability to sustain that focus, without distraction.
Yoga philosophy states that our mind is both the source of our suffering and the solution to our suffering.
Infinite Possibilities beautifully encompasses the practice of pratipaksha bhavanam as outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras over 2300 years ago. Essentially, when we are distracted or disturbed by our negative or troublesome thoughts, we suffer. The solution is to reflect on them and then choose to cultivate positive or opposite thoughts, resulting in better attitudes and actions.
Creating and sustaining change is much more than just positive thinking. We must take action!
Infinite Possibilities outlines a step-by-step process for positive change that anyone can learn and master. This course is a very lively, up-beat class that balances light-hearted fun, with deep discussion, and experiential activities to keep participants engaged and taking action.
